2. Products
Footwinners sells accessories and equipment intended for football practice and training. The essential characteristics of each product are stated on its product page.
Photographs and visuals aim to represent the products as faithfully as possible; slight differences may occur depending on the screen used.
No protective equipment can completely eliminate the risk of injury. Products must be used for their intended purpose and in accordance with the rules applicable to the relevant federation, club or competition.
3. Prices
The applicable prices are those displayed at the time of the order. Any applicable shipping costs are displayed before the order is confirmed.
Import duties and taxes outside the local area:
Orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Applicable customs duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees are included in the price paid by the customer. No additional charges should therefore be requested from the customer upon delivery.
4. “Buy 1 Get 1 Free” offer
When this offer is displayed on an eligible product, the principle is as follows: 1 product purchased = 1 product free, 2 products purchased = 2 products free, etc., subject to available variants and the conditions displayed on the site.
Unless otherwise stated, this offer cannot be combined with another discount applying to the same items.
5. Order
The customer selects the desired products, variants and quantities and checks the cart before confirmation. The order becomes final after payment validation and order confirmation, subject to anti-fraud checks, actual product availability and applicable legal rights.
6. Payment
Payment is made using the methods offered at checkout. Payments are processed by secure payment providers.
7. Delivery
Footwinners currently ships to the destinations offered at checkout, including France, Belgium, the United States and Canada.
Standard delivery may be free according to the conditions displayed at checkout.
Indicative standard delivery time: 10 to 14 business days after shipment.
The delivery times displayed at checkout prevail when they differ from general estimates.
8. Right of withdrawal and returns
For consumers who benefit from the European right of withdrawal, the legal period is generally 14 days from receipt of the goods, subject to the exceptions provided by law.
Direct return costs resulting from a change of mind are borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated or required by law.
9. Legal guarantees
Mandatory legal guarantees applicable to consumers remain fully applicable and are not limited by these Terms and Conditions.

After a prior written complaint to Footwinners that has not resulted in a satisfactory solution, the consumer may use, free of charge, the consumer mediator to which Footwinners belongs.
